Informationen über Oberflächenschutzfolien
Oberflächenschutzfolien schützen empfindliche Oberflächen während Produktion, Verarbeitung, Lagerung und Transport vor Kratzern, Abrieb, Schmutz und anderen Beschädigungen.
Klebende Oberflächenschutzfolien haften auf der Oberfläche und bleiben auch bei Transport oder Bearbeitung sicher an Ort und Stelle. Nicht klebende Schutzfolien liegen lose auf oder werden anderweitig fixiert und eignen sich für Anwendungen, bei denen keine Haftung erforderlich ist.
Klebende Folien eignen sich besonders für:
- Transport empfindlicher Bauteile
- Bearbeitungsprozesse
- Lackierte Oberflächen
- Metall- und Kunststoffplatten
- Anwendungen mit häufiger Bewegung des Produkts
Nicht klebende Schutzfolien werden häufig eingesetzt, wenn ein temporärer Schutz benötigt wird und die Folie einfach aufgelegt oder um das Produkt gewickelt werden kann.
Transparente Folien ermöglichen eine Sichtkontrolle der Oberfläche, ohne dass die Schutzfolie entfernt werden muss.
