Payment / Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only available within Germany. Shipping to other European countries is only available on request.
Shipping costs (excluding statutory VAT) We charge a flat rate of €12.90 per order for shipping via DHL parcel service. For deliveries via freight forwarder, we charge a flat rate of €31.90.
For orders over €300.00, we deliver free of charge, except for deliveries by freight forwarder.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €13.00 is added to the shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2-3 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you choose to collect your order yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for collection and how to collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details regarding payment
If you pay in advance, we will grant you a 2% discount on the gross value of the order. If you pay by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 14 days. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
