Unser Polysion® MMA ist ein schnellhärtender 2-Komponenten Klebstoff zur strukturellen und hochfesten Verklebung von Metallen und Kunststoffen. Eignet sich hervorragend für niedrigenergetische Kunststoffe. Aufgrund der hohen Schlagfestigkeit und Restelastizität findet MMA 4 im Konstruktionsbau, Kunststofftechnik, Metallbau, Karosserie- und im Fahrzeugbau Anwendung.

Unser 2K Polyurethan-Klebstoff ist ein leistungsstarker, schnellhärtender Kunststoffkleber für professionelle Anwendungen in Industrie, Handwerk und Automotive. Der 2-Komponenten-Klebstoff sorgt für eine besonders feste, dauerhafte und belastbare Verbindung unterschiedlichster Kunststoffe. Ideal geeignet zum Kleben von CRS, SMC, PVC, PMMA und PP sowie vielen weiteren Kunststoffmaterialien. Dank seiner schnellen Aushärtung ermöglicht der PU-Klebstoff effiziente Arbeitsprozesse und kurze Fixierzeiten. Er überzeugt durch hohe Endfestigkeit, ausgezeichnete Haftung und Beständigkeit gegenüber mechanischer Belastung. Selbst anspruchsvolle Verklebungen auf schwer zu verbindenden Kunststoffen wie Polypropylen (PP) gelingen zuverlässig. Der 2K Polyurethan-Komponenten-Kleber eignet sich optimal für Reparaturen, Montagearbeiten und strukturelle Verklebungen. Its controlled curing makes it ideal for repairs, structural bonding and use in machine and model construction. The adhesive bonds reliably to metal, wood and plastics such as ABS, PC, PUR and CFRP. Flexible in use – whether in prototype construction or series production.

Polysion ® Fast Epoxy is a fast-curing two-component epoxy resin adhesive with high tensile and shear strength. It is ideal for strong, durable bonding of a wide variety of materials. The adhesive formula is resistant to many chemicals and offers reliable performance even under demanding conditions. Fast Epoxy is primarily used in industrial applications – e.g. in manufacturing, assembly and repair – wherever resilience and short curing times are required.

Polysion ® Rapid Metal is a steel-filled two-component epoxy adhesive with extremely high adhesive strength. Its high viscosity makes it ideal for filling cracks, gaps and holes. Rapid Metal also develops perfect surface adhesion on rough or uneven surfaces. After curing, the adhesive can be easily processed mechanically (sawing, drilling, grinding, milling, thread cutting).
